Public markets are more interconnected than ever before, making it challenging to diversify, reduce volatility and find performance potential in any market.
Private market investments open a new world of investment opportunities. Through investments in private equity, venture capital, private credit, private infrastructure and private real estate, investors gain the potential to lower portfolio volatility, improve diversification and enhance both risk-adjusted and total returns over the long term.
In 2023, we launched two fund-of-fund products providing diversified exposure to growth- or income- oriented private market strategies, with the convenience of single-ticket solutions with low investment minimums.
Our single-ticket solutions offer accredited investors access to the potential advantages of private markets. CI Private Markets Growth Fund and CI Private Markets Income Fund (the funds) now offer greater fee clarity, improved liquidity and quarterly distributions. Key features of the funds include:
1The Series F capped all-in management fee applies solely to management fees and does not cover operating expenses, performance fees, carried interest payments or taxes. No performance or incentives fees are payable directly to CI GAM by the Funds. The capped all-in management fee is for Series F only and does not apply to Series I or Series W units. For accredited investors only.
